I will tell you how to mix the beet dough (pumpkin is mixed the same way, only place the beet puree is pumpkin). First, as always, make the dough: 15гр crumble yeast, add some sugar and 50ml of warm fluids (I have potato broth). Beets grate and proverjaem 10-15 minutes (I do it in Soviet style cast iron saucepan), in a pumpkin I add, she's been stewing in its own juice, but beets are a bit added. In a blender, bring beets to puree. Slightly cooled and at this time....
....the yolk of one egg RUB with a half Cup of sugar, add the puree, the yeast mixture, 2 tbsp oil and a Cup of flour, stir.....
....whisk the whites with a pinch of salt until standing peaks and interfere with our dough. Add flour and knead the dough. I mixed the two tests at the same time, you can do as you wish.
Here is our finished dough.
