Cooking

step-0
Grind the minced fillet of halibut, add Muscatine walnut, black pepper and Chile salt.
step-1
Milk to boil. Mix the flour, salt, black pepper (ground) and nutmeg (ground), pour hot milk and melted butter, mix until smooth with a whisk. Return to low heat and cook, stirring occasionally until thick. Remove from fire, add yolks.
step-2
To connect ceviche with flour mixture, stir well and beat with blender or mixer until the splendor. The Cayenne pepper wash, peel, cut in small cubes and mix with the minced meat.
step-3
Form cover with foil. Pollock fillet wash, dry, season with salt and pepper, sprinkle with lemon juice. The lower layer lay Pollock fillets, then 1/3 of meat has a layer of Pollock layer 1/3 of mince, a layer of Alaska Pollock layer 1/3 of mince, a layer of Alaska Pollock (slightly from above to grease with minced) sprigs of greenery
step-4
The top is covered with foil and cook in a preheated 200C oven for 1 hour 30 minutes. You need to put down the tray, so there could drip the liquid.
step-5
Allow to cool. Ideally then you need to put in the fridge for 4 hours to cool properly and easily cut thin slices, but the wait was no time. So as soon as the loaf had cooled, I turned it on a large platter, sliced pieces..
step-6
..adorned and to the table Nice appecia! :)
