Soak gelatine in cold water
Milk bring to the boil, remove from heat and dissolve gelatin in it
To share the milk with gelatin into 2 parts. One add the apricot jam, the other - mint syrup
A glass or other container half filled mint milk and put it in the refrigerator to harden
Then add apricot milk and freeze again
Then the glass I warmed a Hairdryer, but you can omit for a few seconds in hot water and flip onto a plate. Pour the Apricot jam and decorate with a sprig of mint
