Dessert of apples in cranberry sauce
Simple in execution and at the same time delicate taste dessert. Recipe found online, but altered to your taste. I think this easy dessert can be useful for a romantic dinner.

Ingredients

  • Ginger

    1 tsp

  • Cinnamon

    1 piece

  • Star anise

    1 piece

  • Brown sugar

    2 Tbsp

  • Sauce

    4 Tbsp

  • Dry white wine

    100 ml

  • Apple

    2 piece

  • Pistachios

    1 Tbsp

Cooking

Wash the apples, remove the core, cut into slices, I used a special slasher. Skins do not recommend removing, with her dessert looks more photogenic.

In a small saucepan pour the white dry wine, pour the brown sugar (although this is not essential), put a cinnamon stick, a star anise (in the original recipe was cloves, but I did not put). Add dry ground ginger root. Bring the wine to a boil.

Put in the boiling wine, sliced apples, mix with syrup, aside from the heat, cover and allow to cool.

Remove the apples from the syrup. The cooled apples to lay out on a serving dish.

Take the cranberry sauce D arbo.

Mix the cranberry sauce D arbo with the syrup from the apples (enough 4 tablespoons of syrup). The original recipe was added brandy, I did not do that.

Pour the Apple sauce with syrup.
