Pickles crunchy, garlicky and delicious. Doing for the second year, like as a snack the most!

Ingredients

  • Cucumber

    3 kg

  • Garlic

    200 g

  • Sugar

    1 cup

  • Salt

    3 Tbsp

  • Vinegar essence

    4 Tbsp

Cucumbers wash, cut the tails

Cut into rings about 3-5 cm Folded into a large pot.

Garlic peel and finely chop. Cucumbers to fill with salt and sugar, add vinegar and garlic. Shuffle! Cover with a lid and leave for 4 hours at room temperature, occasionally shaking the pan.
