Chocolate jelly
A delicious chocolate dessert. Quick and easy. Recipe taken from the book "Home confectioner" in 1958.

Ingredients

  • Chocolate milk

    200 g

  • Cream

    0.5 l

  • Powdered sugar

    150 g

  • Flour

    30 g

  • Gelatin

    20 g

  • Vanilla

  • Water

    0.5 cup

Gelatin dissolve over low heat 0.5 Cup of water.

Chocolate melt on a slow fire.

Whip the cream with the icing sugar.

In dissolved chocolate, add the whipped cream, flour, vanilla, stir and put on fire. Mass heat well, but do not boil, stir constantly with a whisk. Remove from heat and add the dissolved gelatin and stir.

Form grease with vegetable oil (if silicone, you can not grease) and pour the mass. Put in refrigerator for freezing. I took half the recipe and ended up with a number of jelly.
