Salad of rhubarb
Recipe from the book Karim Makhmudov "Pilaf for every taste". This refreshing salad the author advises to serve with pilaf to mitigate its oiliness. Sour rhubarb is interesting combined in a salad with a slight bitterness of radish.

Ingredients

  • Rhubarb

    4 piece

  • Radishes

    1 coup

  • Green onions

    0.5 coup

  • Sour cream

  • Salt

With stalks of rhubarb to remove the peel, cut into small cubes (peas). Also chop the radishes.

Finely chop green onion, add salt to the salad.
