Calzone
Recipes on the site a lot, but my favorite Italian pie closed quite a bit. Add the recipe with the dough from the user's Mother M. A.

Ingredients

  • Sausage

    300 g

  • Cheese

    150 g

  • Cucumber

    2 piece

  • Tomato

    2 piece

  • Tomato paste

    1 Tbsp

  • Olive oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Greens

  • Mushrooms

    100 g

  • Yeast dough

Grate the cheese and sausage.

Cucumbers finely chop.

Cut the mushrooms lengthwise.

Tomatoes RUB through a sieve. The excess liquid to drain. If you do not like acidity in baking, the tomatoes can replace fresh.

Roll the dough into a circle.

On half of the dough spread grated sausage (you can just cut, but in my opinion softer).

On top of the sausage - a piece of cheese.

Cheese - our mushrooms.

On mushrooms - pureed tomatoes. Sprinkle with herbs, season with a little salt.

Spread the remaining cheese on top of it - pickles.

To cover our toppings with the other half, it turns out that's a big burrito! Edge well stung.

Put Calzones on a greased baking sheet. Tomato sauce liberally grease a pie. Pierce in several places with a knife. Bake for 25-30 minutes at 180 degrees.
