Pie with sorrel
Summer, sunshine, vitamin... Is very fast!

Ingredients

  • Sorrel

    400 g

  • Sugar

    1.5 cup

  • Margarine

    100 g

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Yogurt

    1 cup

  • Soda

    0.5 tsp

  • Salt

  • Flour

    2 cup

Cooking

Knead a dough with the melted margarine, eggs, yogurt, sugar, flour, soda and salt. The dough should be as pancakes.

Chop the sorrel and add the sugar. Grind.

Pour half of the batter into a greased form.

Spread on top of the sorrel.

And pour the remnants of the test.

Bake at 200 degrees for 20-30 minutes. Kind of not really, when pulled out of shape, dropped. Sorry.
