Juicy and bright sandwiches are made in a few minutes. A simple set of ingredients, and the dish is delicious and spectacular.
Pieces of baguette or white bread, quickly fry one side on a heated pan with oil. Grate a slice of garlic toasted side of each slice.
The other side lightly grease with mayonnaise. Put a slice of cheese (I Gouda).
