Salad with rice, peppers and olives
Stylish, light and very tasty salad!

Ingredients

  • Pepper

  • Black olives

    10 piece

  • Mayonnaise

    2 Tbsp

  • Lettuce

    2 piece

  • Salt

  • Thyme

  • Quail egg

    2 piece

Olives: press down the flat side of a knife and take the bone. I use pepper from a jar already processed, without skin and seeds. Cut the pepper strips.

Boil the rice until tender, 30 minutes and cool.

On the plate put peppers, lettuce and olives.
