Stuffed pears with cranberry sauce
Delicious, flavorful dessert for the sweet tooth. A perfect ending for a meal and a snack with white wine.

Ingredients

  • Sauce fruit

    2 Tbsp

  • Pear

    2 piece

  • Dried apricots

    20 g

  • Walnuts

    20 g

  • Cinnamon

    0.25 tsp

  • Cardamom

    0.25 tsp

  • Yolk egg

    1 piece

  • Sugar

    15 g

  • Dry white wine

    25 g

  • Lemon peel

    0.5 tsp

Walnuts and dried apricots chopped with a knife, mix with cranberry sauce, cardamom, cinnamon
