Cooking
The pears for this dessert needs a strong
Walnuts and dried apricots chopped with a knife, mix with cranberry sauce, cardamom, cinnamon
From pears to cut the top to make a cavity for stuffing
Stuff the fruit and nut mixture
Put in a steamer for 15 minutes
For the sauce I needed Sabayon: 1 egg yolk, 15 g of sugar, 25g of dry white wine, lemon peel
In a water bath whisk the egg yolks with the sugar until the sugar rastvoreniya and foaming egg yolk
Then added lemon zest and dry white wine and continue to whisk until the weight increase 3 times.
Ready bag pour warm sauce and serve immediately
And I Sabayon added cranberry sauce darbo and it turned out even tastier
