BlackBerry cheesecake with goat cheese and cereal
A wonderful dessert with two kinds of cheese and BlackBerry topping. Very tender and very tasty!

Ingredients

  • Cracker

    120 g

  • Oat flakes

    40 g

  • Butter

    110 g

  • Brown sugar

    5 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    160 g

  • Vanilla sugar

    1 tsp

  • Cream cheese

    300 g

  • Goat cheese

    125 g

  • Lemon juice

    2 piece

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • BlackBerry

    250 g

Cooking

For sand foundations I used brown sugar Mistral Demerara.

Mix the crushed crackers, rolled oats, melted butter, brown sugar and vanilla.

To divide the sand mass on 6 bottles of 200 ml. of Well-compacted.

For cheese mass is well suited to small sugar Mistral.

Mix cream cheese, goat cheese and sugar with a mixer on low speed.

Add one egg, each time stirring well. Add the lemon juice.

Pour cheese mixture over the jars.

Jars placed in a deep baking tray with boiling water and put in a preheated 170°C oven. Bake 25 minutes, until the edges will not seize, and the middle will still shake. Allow to cool to room temperature and refrigerate at least 4 hours.

For topping, I took small brown sugar Mistral and fresh blackberries. But you can use any seasonal berries.

In a skillet melt 2 tbsp of butter. Add half of the blackberries, lemon juice and sugar. Let boil for about 5 minutes.

When serving cheesecakes, you can pour warm and cold topping. Garnish with fresh berries.
