Apricot cookies with whiskey
Tanya of Tecnica sent me a gift, there was a set of molds, which included palapas book of cookie recipes. Cookies I love to cook and collect recipes. That turned out so delicious and flavorful cookies. Thank You, Tanya!

Ingredients

  • Sugar

    80 g

  • Butter

    200 g

  • Salt

  • Vanilla

    0.5 tsp

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Whiskey

    40 ml

  • Nutmeg

    0.5 tsp

  • Flour

    400 g

  • Jam apricot

    50 g

  • Powdered sugar

    100 g

  • Lemon juice

    3 Tbsp

Cooking

Apricot jam to break the blender.

In a blender mix all ingredients.

Made a soft dough, not cool, so it does not stick. Put the cold for 20-30 minutes.

Cut out cookies using presses.

Bake in the oven at 180 degrees until Golden color. Give the liver to cool.
