Cooking
1. Cook the potatoes in advance until cooked and allow to cool or use leftover from another appetizers and salads. Cut the potatoes into slices the thickness of 5-7 mm.
2. Herring fillet cut into small pieces, onion - not very small strips, mozzarella - sliced about the same size as herring.
3. In a pan heat the oil and quickly fry both sides of potato slices until Golden brown, salted at the end to taste. Spread potatoes on paper towel to remove excess fat.
4. On slices of fried potatoes put slices of mozzarella, herring and white (or red) onions. Pepper to taste freshly ground pepper and decorate with a leaf of lettuce (watercress or chopped green onions).
