Lean with fruit tarts
Crispy tarts without flour and sugar, tastes like shortbread and fruit where you can use any flavor and even dried fruits.

Ingredients

  • Oat flakes

    1 cup

  • Vegetable oil

    4 Tbsp

  • Honey

    9 tsp

  • Apple

    1 piece

  • Lemon

    0.5 piece

  • Pear

    0.5 piece

  • Raspberry

    100 g

  • Kiwi

    0.5 piece

  • Apricot

    100 g

  • Orange

    0.5 piece

  • Potato starch

    0.5 tsp

  • Almonds

    1 handful

Cooking

Apple RUB on a coarse grater. Vegetable oil heat with 4 tbsp. of honey until it is completely dissolved, the hot mixture of sugar and apples and stir.

Cereal I used the company "the Mistral". They are neat and blonde, and very well suited for baking.

3/4 Cup of oatmeal and fry a little on a dry pan.

Add fried flakes and lemon zest in honey and Apple mass. Mix well.

Add another 1/4 Cup of oatmeal (not fried), knead until smooth.

Molds grease with vegetable oil. A thin layer spread the dough with your hands over the cups.

Bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for 30 minutes.

For the marinade from fruit and berries to RUB the orange zest.

Add the squeezed juice of 1/2 lemon juice of 1/2 orange and 3 tsp. of honey. Mix well.

Fruits and berries, pour the marinade, stir and leave until cooked baskets.

The finished tarts cool slightly in tins, then remove and leave to cool.

Starch to dissolve in 1 tsp water.

For the sauce with fruit to decant the marinade into a saucepan, add 2 tsp of honey, bring to boil, add diluted starch and boil for a few seconds until thick.
