A dessert of semolina with pears and chocolate
Taste explosion... a Stunning dessert of semolina and pear - unexpected, original and very tasty.

Ingredients

  • Semolina

    50 g

  • Pear

    3 piece

  • Sugar

    4 Tbsp

  • Milk

    250 ml

  • Vanilla

    1 pack

  • Apple juice

    300 ml

  • Coconut shavings

    1 Tbsp

  • Butter

    2 Tbsp

  • Dark chocolate

    50 g

  • Nuts

    1 Tbsp

  • Pudding vanilla

    1 Tbsp

Cooking

Peel the pears, remove the beans, cut into small cubes.

Heat the butter in a frying pan. Simmer the pears for 3-4 minutes. Sprinkle 2 tbsp of sugar and caramelicious.

Pour the Apple juice and bring to a boil. The powder of the pudding mix with 5 tablespoons of Apple juice until smooth. Add the pears and simmer 1-2 minutes. Leave to cool.

Blend milk, 1 tbsp sugar and vanilla. Bring milk to a boil. While stirring, sprinkle in the semolina, coconut, bring to boil - boil 3 minutes Remove from heat and leave the lid on for 5 min.

Chocolate melt in a water bath. Spread on the baking paper, sprinkle top with nuts.

In the glasses put layers, alternating pear and semolina, garnish with chocolate.
