Cooking

step-0
Cupcake is a muffin (small bread) with any decoration.
step-1
Mix in a separate vessel all the dry ingredients except the chocolate, in another - butter, yogurt, milk and egg (beat a little). That for the ganache, don't change anything.
step-2
Mix everything well. Pour into oiled forms. Now sprinkle on top the chopped chocolate so that it evenly. If you add it at the mixing stage, it "would sink" and You are unlikely to pull the muffin out of shape. A little tip: if You want the muffin was "cap", fill the form almost completely. If you want a flat muffin, it is better to fill it to the middle because they are very good "rise."
step-3
Bake for 50-60 minutes, if you get 6 muffins. Reduce time if form is less. Remember that the cooking time is directly proportional to the size of the muffins. Now cool muffins in the forms, 2-3 minutes. Remove them and continue cooling to room temperature (preferably on the grill).
step-4
Our muffins really were like little cakes, you need to make the chocolate ganache. I'm sure the site already has that, but I'll post it here. The recipe is very simple: smash the chocolate finely, heat the cream almost to a boil. Pour the cream over the chocolate and stir a couple of minutes. The chocolate dissolves completely. Now, while the ganache is hot, you need to put it on top of muffins. Then put them in the fridge and the ganache hardens. I came up with enough ganache for 12 cupcakes, and there are still (spread it on sandwiches, tasty).
step-5
Bon appetit!!
