A very simple way of cooking a delicious and nutritious Breakfast: sandwich with salmon and poached egg!

Cooking
1) fry the Slice of bread in the oven. Meanwhile, prepare the salad: slice the tomato, the parsley and add spices to taste (e.g., French herbs), pepper and season with olive oil.
2) Prepare the poached eggs. To do this, gently break them directly into boiling water.
3) Start to assemble the sandwich. On toasted bread spread cream cheese, then place the sliced smoked salmon, side salad, and on top garnish with poached eggs. That's all! Delicious and nutritious Breakfast is ready! :) Boris
