Description
This is an unusually light, airy dessert. Try it, you will definitely want more. This is my first recipe, so do not scold much:) Sorry for bad photos, was taking photos on the phone.

Cooking
Separate the whites from the yolks. Beat egg whites in a solid foam, gradually adding powdered sugar (better to start adding, when the protein is already beginning to form a foam). To check the status of the proteins they need to save the form even when turning bowls. Add vinegar in proteins and starch, very gently stir to proteins is not settled.
On a baking sheet to put baking paper and using a piping bag, starting from the middle, squeeze spiral small meringues for our cakes(6-8 cm in diameter). At the top of the cakes to make the sides(I did in the form of domes - looks very nice. Such cakes obtained pieces 24-28, depending on how you do. Put in a preheated 100 degree oven for an hour. I got two passes.
Wow,rested, washed the dishes, it is now possible to the cream to begin. The first thing we put on the fire the milk. And while it comes to fitness (that is boiling), we mix the eggs and sugar and add to them the sifted flour and starch.
Now I was not before pictures;) Just stirring the mixture, add to it a thin stream half of the milk. Put the vanilla sugar and stir until it dissolves. Put the remaining milk back on the fire and pour in our mixture(of course in a thin stream. Quickly stir and then simmer the mixture cook for 2-3 minutes (mixture should thicken). All this yummy spread on a plate to cool. By the way, if the cream a little burnt or has formed lumps, just wipe it through a sieve.
Take out from the oven the meringue and start the most creative part. Take the bottom cake layer-meringue (they should be cold) and using a pastry bag spread, again in a spiral, cream. From above (strictly in a creative mess) put sliced small pieces of fruit or berries (I used bananas, nectarines, kiwi and grapes). Put the second cake on top (with sides) and deepening as well spread the cream on top and decorate with fruit. Your dessert the whole family is ready! Bon appetit!!!
