  • Starch

  • Sugar

    0.5 cup

  • Vanilla sugar

    1 pack

  • Cinnamon

Wash rice in cold water, pour warm water and leave for 30 min.

After this time, drain the water, the rice, pour 0.5 liters of cold water and boil until tender (for 20-25 minutes). In cooked rice add milk (0.5 liter) and bring to a boil.

In a small amount of milk to dissolve the starch and, stirring constantly, to enter in the milk-rice mixture.

Boil over low heat for 5 minutes. Add sugar (0.5 cups) and a packet of vanilla sugar and boil for another 2 minutes.

Pour into forms and leave to cool slightly. The cooled sutlac sprinkle with cinnamon to taste.
