Take the egg yolks and powder.
add flour and soda (a little less than half teaspoon). Whisk. It's not very liquid batter.
Put the mayonnaise. Whisk further. Then in the Cup, pour a little vinegar, take a soda (on the tip of a teaspoon). Stir. When the reaction is almost will be added to the dough. The batter should be fairly liquid (such as in the photo).
Grease the form (I smeared with oil, and then sprinkled with semolina), pour in the batter and put fruit. To give a little to stand in this state (about 10 minutes). Preheat the oven to 220-250 degrees, and when I put the dough, turn down to 180 deg. Bake approximately 25-30 min.

Now make the protein cream. Soluble in water sugar (powdered sugar), add lemon juice (or lim. acid) and set on fire. Boil till small bubbles. The main thing - do not boil and do not overcook!!! The photo is a bit incomplete syrup (you'll have a bit more to hold).
At the same time, beat egg whites (that "was"), not stopping to whisk, pour a thin stream of hot syrup (at once) and beat for another 10 minutes. The cream will turn white (in the photo the light is just yellow).
Cut the cake, coat, decorate and everything!
