Baked zucchini with dried apricots and a Turkey and cheese
Another appetizer from the "cook from all that is"! This time not going to rant about how I came to that-let me just say that it is extremely tasty. Each cut reveals a new ingredient! An excellent appetizer for the upcoming summer holidays!

Ingredients

  • Zucchini

    330 g

  • Dried apricots

    60 g

  • Turkey

    80 g

  • Soft cheese

    70 g

  • Olive oil

Zucchini thoroughly washed, cut into equal pieces of about 4-5 cm in length. With a spoon remove the insides of the zucchini.

The Turkey cut into small pieces, also chop the dried apricots. Fry the poultry, and dried apricots to full readiness of meat.

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees, grease the form of olive oil. At the bottom of each zucchini to put a slice of dried apricots, upstairs to put the ready poultry.

Grate cheese on a large grater, to put on top of the zucchini. Bake for 20 minutes at the same temperature.
