DOUGH: pour Flour in a bowl in the middle to make a hole. Pour the yeast, a pinch of sugar, pour warm milk, mix well. Cover the bowl with a towel and leave in a warm place for 30 minutes. Then add a pinch of salt, butter and 150 ml of warm water. All knead by hand to obtain an elastic dough. The dough cover and leave in a warm place for another 30 minutes. Meanwhile prepare the STUFFING: cut the Tomato in half and slice thin. Paprika cut into pieces. Olives cut in half and peeled onion - half rings.
