Cooking
Cook the base: corn grits, rinse, pour 1 liter of water, add salt to taste. Cook on a slow fire, CONSTANTLY!!! stirring occasionally, for 40-50 minutes. Porridge should be thick and overcooked. If necessary, add a LITTLE!! water. In the middle of cooking porridge, add oregano and dried onions.
