Chicken salad with mushrooms and vegetables
I think after reading the title, many will decide to cast aside my sneakers, because of salads with chicken and mushrooms very much. But, I beg you, do not rush, checked several times, this salad is not!!! This recipe a long time ago, mom cut out of a magazine "Liza". The first time we prepared it for the new year and it immediately became a favorite family recipe. This salad will decorate the holiday table or to be a full dinner on a hot summer evening. Hearty and fresh!!!

Ingredients

  • Chicken breast

    500 g

  • Pepper

    2 piece

  • Leeks

    1 piece

  • Mushrooms

    200 g

  • Cherry tomatoes

    10 piece

  • Corn

    1 can

  • Sour cream

    3 Tbsp

  • Mayonnaise

    3 Tbsp

  • Soy sauce

    3 tsp

  • Spices

  • Sesame

    1 Tbsp

  • Lettuce

Cooking

Mushrooms boil in ample salted water for about 7-8 minutes. Drain off water and cool.

Pepper (preferably red and green) wash and peel. Cut into diamonds. In this salad all the ingredients are cut very large!

The white part of the leeks cut into rings.

Chicken fillet boil in enough salted water (you can add a Bay leaf and pepper pot) for about 10-15 minutes. Let cool and cut into large wedges or cubes.

Boiled mushrooms cut into not very thin slices.

Quickly fry the sesame seeds in a dry frying pan until Golden brown.

With corn pour out the liquid and place in the salad.

The cherry tomatoes cut in half or into 4 parts. Add to the salad.

A few leaves of lettuce can be torn straight into a salad.

For the filling, mix the mayonnaise, sour cream and soy sauce, Kikkoman. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
