  • Semolina

    5 Tbsp

  • Milk

    0.5 l

  • Sugar

    3 Tbsp

  • Raisins

    1 Tbsp

  • Vanilla sugar

    2 g

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Glaze

    80 g

Cook a thick sweet porridge. Add the vanilla sugar, cool.

Add pre-washed and soaked raisins. Mix well.

Drive egg, stir until smooth.

The resulting mass is put into forms. Put in a preheated 200 degree oven. Bake for 25-30 minutes until Golden brown.
