Chicken in mustard sauce with mushrooms
This recipe I found for participation in one of the culinary competitions. I love complex dishes that are actually prepared with simple products and quite difficult. This dish is unusual, but at the same time very simple. I'm a bit lazy housewife and I like to stand at the stove.

Ingredients

  • Chicken breast

    700 g

  • Butter

    30 g

  • Vegetable oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Mushrooms

    150 g

  • Garlic

    3 tooth

  • Dry white wine

    100 ml

  • Cream

    200 ml

  • Broth

    200 ml

  • Mustard

    2 Tbsp

  • Thyme

Cooking

Melt butter and vegetable oil in a frying pan.

Chicken cut into portions (if breast) and season with salt and pepper and quickly fry in melted butter until Golden brown. The chicken will remain half-baked. At this stage the most important education a beautiful crust. Transfer to a plate.

I used wild mushrooms. But you can use any. Fresh dish is especially fragrant. Slice the mushrooms and fry in the same pan where we fried the chicken.

Add the chopped garlic. Fry another couple of minutes.

The mushrooms pour in wine, broth and add the mustard. Wait until the sauce comes to a boil.

Add the cream. Mix well and cook on slow heat for 10-15 minutes until, until the sauce thickens. Salt and pepper to taste.

The sauce pour into a glass or ceramic form so that it covered the bottom at least 3 cm.

In the form put the chicken. Chicken can be additionally sprinkled with spices. All season with thyme.

The oven heated to 180 degrees and bake the dish for 15-20 minutes until tender. Bon appetit!
