Cooking
To prepare the dough. I did it in the bread maker. Let stand for 30 minutes. Of this amount, the test will get 2 curls.
To prepare the filling. Mac boil in hot water for 15 minutes. Drain. Mix with sugar, nuts and raisins.
Divide the dough into 2 parts. Every part of velvety in the seam thickness of 3-5 mm. from Top to put the stuffing.
Roll roll. To form it into a ring. Spread on a baking sheet. I used the bottom of a split form.
Scissors razreshal roll in a circle of 7 sectors, leaving 2 cm uncut at the inner side.
Hands to expand each sector so that it lay a bit sideways. Cover and leave to stand for 20 minutes. Put in the oven for 30 minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees.
