Cheese croquettes from Свет13 reminded me about my cheese, the secret is in the stuffing. My love cheese and all food from it, but crocetti was eating for both cheeks. Try it - very tasty!

Cooking
Curd grind (I had homemade from goat's milk, soft and without lumps. I never rubbed).
Add the eggs, salt, sugar.
