Semolina pancakes
This recipe I got from my mom. She us usually prepares these pancakes, this time decided to cook itself, it is necessary to learn. The first time my pancakes are more like tiny pancakes, because the dough turned out a little watery, but this did not prevent them to move quickly from the plate in the tummies of my family. :)

Ingredients

  • Semolina

    1 cup

  • Milk

    0.75 l

  • Yeast

    50 g

  • Sugar

  • Salt

  • Flour

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Vegetable oil

    80 g

Cooking

Take 0.5 liters of milk, pour into a saucepan, add 1 Cup semolina and leave for half an hour.

Dissolve yeast with 0.5 Cup of warm water and 2 tbsp of sugar, leave to raise.

After half an hour in milk with semolina, add salt, sugar (to taste), pour the yeast and add flour (enough to make a thick dough but not hard). Leave the dough to rise. it needs to rise 3 times, each time it is upsetting (rises quickly). Then add the eggs, vegetable oil. Mix thoroughly. Boil 0.5 - 1 glass of milk and immediately pour it into the dough. Just be careful not to overdo it, pour little by little stirring constantly, the main thing that the dough does not get too runny!

Spoon into preheated oiled pan.
