It's all the ingredients you will need. All take in arbitrary quantities.
Take the flat side of a cookie and spread on it 1 tablespoon of ice cream.
Cover with a second cookie and spread on a flat dish.
Do the desired number of cakes. Dish with them put for 20 minutes in the freezer compartment of the refrigerator.
On a flat plate pour the coconut and chocolate chips. Stir.
On the second flat plate and pour sprinkles.
Take out of the freezer in our cakes and rolled them in side cover plates with shavings and sprinkles. That's it!
This coconut and chocolate chips.
And this is with a pastry topping. Immediately served to the table!
These cakes can be prepared in advance. Wrap in cling film and store in the freezer. And for 2 hours before serving to pull out and let them lay in the top chamber of the refrigerator.
