Cooking
Give the butter to soften at room temperature, carefully mash with a spoon and whisk with sugar until obtaining a white cream (to speed up the process I used powdered sugar). I also added a dessert spoon of rum – baked, the alcohol evaporates, and the flavor appears unusually thin, beautiful... zest of 1/2 lemon, egg, a pinch of salt, whisk thoroughly.
Sifting, gradually add the flour (Yes, really want to show off the new purchase: - [my favorite men gave me on March 8 mechanical sieve – very convenient!*YES* ).
Also, along with flour, add chopped in a blender pine nuts. Tip: add nuts, a little sugar – it will absorb oil that is released during crushing, and will not turn the nuts into a sticky lump.
Try to knead the dough as quickly as possible – the dough containing oil, do not like warm hands, so do not be amiss before mixing to hold hands in cold water. The dough shaped into a loaf (a stump, a log), wrap it in cling film and put 1 hour in the fridge (I put it in the freezer for 40 minutes, it is cooled, and then colegiala in the fridge).
Already a firm dough divide into 3 parts, with one work 2 waiting in the fridge. Form a sausage and divide it into pieces and roll the cookies size about a walnut (I got 25 cookies – exactly as stated in the recipe, but you can make them smaller). Dip each ball in slightly beaten egg white and put on the laid parchment baking sheet.
Now sprinkle cookies with almond flakes. Here and helpers joined barely waited for his hour of triumph. *DANCE* *DANCE*AND, of course, eager to posvyatit we have!!! At this point, I realized that after protein it was necessary to immediately dip the cookies in the chips – so it would be faster and neater. Urgently had to connect to the rescue of cookies and chips...:-D
Send a baking sheet in a pre heated oven (180*) for 30 minutes.
The cookies let cool on wire rack and before serving, lightly sprinkle with powdered sugar. The cookies should be Golden toasted the bottom and slightly tanned almond petals.
My favorite helpers and tasters were divided in their opinions: eldest, refused NAP, the evening was capricious, refused to take pictures, saying: "the Cookies taste good!" *NO*AND the youngest and biscuits enjoyed it, especially the almond pick...*OK*
