Casserole
Bright juicy and unusual meat casserole with the taste of stuffed peppers. For brightness, I added a bit of beet, but it is optional. And sharpness one chili pepper. Delicious in hot or cold. Help yourself!!!

Ingredients

To prepare all the products. Wash and clean peppers and onions, beets (optional). Boil the rice until soft.

Turn the vegetables in a meat grinder with a large grid. I wanted to cook a colourful dish and I added the beets.
