Cooking
To prepare all the products. Wash and clean peppers and onions, beets (optional). Boil the rice until soft.
Turn the vegetables in a meat grinder with a large grid. I wanted to cook a colourful dish and I added the beets.
Crank meat as well with large mesh or take the prepared stuffing. I made the fillet hip turkeys and a piece of pork with a small amount of fat. Mix meat, vegetable, minced meat and boiled rice.
