The yogurt sauce
Ideal for vegetable and meat dishes. A simple, but often need the recipe!!!

Ingredients

  • Yogurt

    400 g

  • Olive oil

    5 Tbsp

  • Lemon juice

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Dill

    3 Tbsp

  • Mint

    2 Tbsp

The recipe here is the original aspect ratio, I did in a smaller quantity (at 1 time and for 2 persons). By the way, yogurt, it is desirable to use oily and thicker than me - a low-calorie option :-)

In the yogurt add salt and finely chopped herbs.

Add the olive oil and lemon juice. Punch in a blender until smooth.
