This hearty winter salad! Can replace lunch or even dinner! Will like the stronger sex, and girls can sometimes afford. Come on in, help yourself!

Cooking
First prepare the meatballs - minced chicken mixed with protein, salt and pepper. To form the meatballs smaller than a walnut, put them into boiling salted water, bring to a boil and turn off. Meatballs do not take out - let them cool in the broth. Then remove the meatballs. If you have cooked chicken meat in this salad to use it, cut into medium pieces. Boiled potatoes and cucumbers cut into medium-sized pieces. Add to the chicken.
Apple peel and cut into medium-sized pieces. Onions chop, marinated for 5 minutes in vinegar (I have white wine). Apples and onions add to the salad.
Prepare sauce - mayonnaise mixed with grainy mustard.
Add to the salad coarsely chopped boiled eggs and green peas. Mix with the sauce.
