Salad
Today I want to offer You another Miracle salad! A strange combination it would seem not quite matched products in the total mass of surprised me a little, but the salad did not disappoint. In a hurry to share with You, my dear! This salad could be a full dinner (of course for us girls, always slimming)!

Ingredients

  • Pumpkin

  • Grapes

    150 g

  • Red onion

  • Parsley

  • Sunflower oil

  • Vinegar

    30 ml

  • Salt

  • Sugar

    1 tsp

  • Pine nuts

    1 handful

Cooking

First cut the onion half rings and marinate it in vinegar with sugar.

Boil the rice in plenty of water until tender, throw in a colander and leave until cool.

Shall cut cubes and send it on a heated with oil pan. Fry until soft. Cool. I use sunflower oil IDEAL.

Grapes wash and cut into halves. If there are seeds, remove them.
