Cooking
Grind 80 grams of pine nuts or walnuts (very well suited to blue cheese!) in a blender or a mortar if you have one.
Mix flour, nuts, salt, pepper and baking soda.
Oil chop or grate. Cheese cut finely into pieces. Add to flour mixture and we are gonna wipe all your fingers "a little". Add grated cheese Parmesan and mix everything with a powdery-oil mixture. All very good mix. Make dough. Will form of the it "cylinder" with the diameter of 4-5 cm.
Chop coarsely the remaining 80 g of nuts. Pour them on a cutting Board or on your desktop. Roll the "cylinder" in the nuts so to use all the nuts. Cm. photo!
Wrap the dough in cling film and refrigerate for 4-5 hours. Remove the dough from the refrigerator. Very carefully cut discs with a thickness of 2-3 cm. Place on a baking sheet, covered with parchment, at a distance of 3 cm. Put in preheated oven for 13-15 minutes at temp. 180°.
