Peaches in rose petals
The competition fruit desserts "Sweet taste of summer". Live people.... :-)

Ingredients

  • Peach

    4 piece

  • Flowers

    5 piece

  • Sugar

    150 g

  • Vanilla

    1 pack

  • Lemon juice

    2 Tbsp

  • Raspberry

    50 g

Cooking

Rose petals to tie loosely in a gauze bag

Sugar and 300g of water, mix and boil the petals for 5 minutes, then squeeze the petals to remove.

In syrup, add vanilla and lemon juice, leave for 10 minutes

Peaches cut in half, remove pits. Extract :), 2 nucleolus (I could not and replaced them with almonds)

Put peaches in syrup, heat to boiling and turn off the heat.

15 minutes later, re-enable and cook until tender (you can check wooden stick). I have them set in a dish in a single layer.

At the end of cooking to clear the peaches from the skin. Leave to cool in the syrup.

From raspberries to make a puree, adding 50g of the syrup from peaches

Peaches to lay out on a dish, sprinkle them with syrup, sprinkle peeled the kernels of almonds, pour the raspberry puree. And most importantly - sprinkle with rose petals.
