Often, during the feast after the abundance of salads, guests barely capable of something hot. In this case, small hot snacks come in handy. With them, of course you can start! :) The recipe is quite simple, the combination of foods - everyone is familiar with. So what is salt? - Flavoursome, juicy and tender chicken breast and fragrant honey that create an indescribable seductive bouquet of aromas that not able to resist the little one. Think more about creamy sauce - and the picture will sparkle the brightest colors gastronomic palette!

Ingredients

  • Chicken fillet

    2 piece

  • Seasoning

    2 piece

  • Mushrooms

    300 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Nutmeg

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Flour

    1 Tbsp

  • Milk

    200 ml

  • Bread crumbs

On a dry pan put in a book sheet for frying. Chicken fillet need to beat to a thickness of 1.5 cm (max 2 cm), put on the first "page", and the second cover and press.

Thus fry the fillet on medium heat for 5-7 minutes on each side.

Mushrooms should be washed and boiled in salted water for 5 minutes, then remove and slice as small as possible.

Fry the mushrooms with the chopped onions until almost tender.

In the same pan, where roasted chicken, there are a certain amount of oil with spices (if You have nothing left, add a little oil, can be butter), so there can also lightly fry the flour, add milk and, stirring, bring to thick. You can add nutmeg, salt and pepper to taste.

In ramekins place the chicken, mushrooms, pour the sauce and sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Bake 10 minutes in oven at 220 degrees.
