Rolls of eggplant, zucchini and carrots

Ingredients

  • Eggplant

    2 piece

  • Zucchini

    2 piece

  • Carrots

    2 piece

  • Garlic

    6 tooth

  • Soy sauce

    5 Tbsp

  • Sunflower oil

    0.5 cup

  • Vinegar

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

    2 tsp

  • Sugar

    1 tsp

  • Black pepper

    1 tsp

  • Coriander

    1 tsp

  • Cheese

  • Greens

Prepare all the necessary vegetables, spices, oil, vinegar, soy sauce.

Carrots grate on a grater for Korean carrot and marinate by adding salt, sugar, ground black pepper, ground coriander seeds, soy sauce, vinegar and heated sunflower oil.

Zucchini and eggplant cut into slices.
