Vegetable salad of tomatoes
A very simple but delicious salad, perfect for the days of lent, you can prepare in the days of shoedini, i.e. in the days when raw vegetables are allowed. To cook simply and quickly, and it turns out very tasty! This salad is often prepared, not only in the days of fasting, but, it is quite easy and not high in calories. The recipe is from the book "fast table".

Ingredients

  • Cherry tomatoes

    250 g

  • Sugar

    1 tsp

  • Soy sauce

    1 Tbsp

  • Lettuce

    100 g

Wash tomatoes and cut in half.

Lettuce and break into pieces. On a plate place the tomatoes, alternating with lettuce leaves. Salad sprinkle with sugar to your taste, do not need much, just a little bit... the Amount of sugar written conventionally, you add according to your taste.

Then top to pour soy sauce, I have a classic from "Kikkoman", my favorite and indispensable! The salad can be put into the refrigerator about 1 hour before serving (but not necessarily.)
