The idea of cooking corn with vegetables I saw somewhere in the hotel when we were vacationing abroad. Abroad and we have spread the way Swedish (buffet)table-serving food in which many dishes are exhibited next to, and understands the food bowls by the guests themselves. Corn can be boiled in two ways-on the cob without clearing send in the microwave for 5 minutes, the fastest method. If there's no microwave in boiling water, put your cleaned ears of corn for 15 minutes, then turn off the oven and 30 minutes let it sit in the water-the corn remains juicy. Cut into rings.
Onions, celery and bell pepper-cut into half rings. Cloves of garlic peel and chop. Red pepper (chili)cut into slices.
Put the pan on the stove and add the vegetable oil. Fry the onion until transparent color. Add the celery and stir.
Add corn rings, bell pepper and red pepper (Chile).
While stew vegetables-prepare tomato juice. Tomato juice, if not have a juicer, do it yourself. Ripe tomatoes wipe through a sieve. The juice add to the vegetables and then the garlic. Simmer until the vegetables are tender (under cover).
After the vegetables are tender - sprinkle with herbs.
