I want to share with you a simple BUT delicious recipe of chicken. Many working women not to trick: soak, flip, after 3 hours, mash, then beat off, leave for another 3 hours, and all in this repertoire. Ingredients

  • The chicken legs

    3 piece

  • Soy sauce

    5 Tbsp

  • Tomato paste

    1 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    1 tsp

  • Balsamic

    1 tsp

  • Vegetable oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Spices

  • Basil

    0.5 tsp

  • Coriander

    0.5 tsp

  • Nutmeg

    0.5 tsp

Cooking

Mix all the spices, tomato paste, oil, soy sauce and balsamic vinegar

Chicken legs divided into drumsticks and thighs (optional). Place in a container with the marinade, mix thoroughly and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

Put chicken in ovenproof form together with the marinade and send in the oven for 30-40 minutes at 190-200*C
