Heart beef in creamy mustard sauce
Simple and very yummy version of cooking beef heart.

Ingredients

  • Heart

    700 g

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Sour cream

    150 g

  • Mustard

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

    1 Tbsp

  • Bay leaf

    3 piece

  • Black pepper

  • Vegetable oil

    1 Tbsp

Don't like to weigh and measure the exact quantity of products, therefore, all the quantities specified are approximate and can slightly change.

Step 1. The long-term. It is necessary to boil the heart with the Bay leaf for about 1-1. 5 hours. The broth is good with salt ( about 0.5 tbsp.)

Step 2. While boiled heart a little cool down, fry the onion, cut into small cubes, until Golden brown.

Step 3. Cut the heart as well cubes and add to the onions.

Step 4. Mix sour cream with mustard and pour the mixture heart. You also need to add about 150ml. water or broth ( you can use remaining after boiling of the heart). Salt, pepper to taste, cover with a lid and leave to stew for 10-15 minutes.

Heart is ready! As a garnish you can cook anything, it may be buckwheat, pasta or mashed potatoes. I have this time was barley porridge. All a pleasant appetite!!!
