Pancakes with oat flakes
Soft and very tasty pancakes. To which it is possible to file any jam and sour cream.

  • Water

    200 ml

  • Milk

    150 ml

  • Sugar

    20 g

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Salt

  • Soda

    1 tsp

  • Citric acid

    1 pinch

  • Sunflower oil

In a bowl, poured cereal. Poured warm water and left for 30 minutes to flakes swelled. Then add the milk and all the ingredients - sugar, salt, baking soda, citric acid, butter, flour and eggs.
