Pie with apples and cranberries - a classic home baking. Bitter-sweet, ruby-red berries cranberries blend perfectly with the apples, giving the cake a tangy and unique taste.

Cooking
To butter add sugar ( I use cane sugar TM Mistral), to beat.
In whipped mass to put the sour cream and egg and beat again.
Sprinkle the baking powder and gradually add flour. Knead the dough.
The bottom of a split form (d=26 cm) to lay baking paper, put the dough, spreading it in the shape and form bumpers. To remove the form in the refrigerator. Prepare the stuffing. Creamy cheese (I used President light butter), add sugar and vanilla sugar (TM Mistral), beat with a mixer.
Then add the eggs and again beat.

Sprinkle the apples with half of the cranberries ( I have frozen, sprinkled the frozen).
Pour cheese-egg mixture, and pour the 2nd part of the cranberries.
The remaining apples cut into thin slices and put on top.
Bake pie in preheated oven (t=200 C) for about 30-35 minutes. 10 minutes until cooked (optional) sprinkle the apples with sugar. Allow to cool at room temperature. Refrigerate for 1-2 hours (preferably overnight).
