Pots with Turkey, vegetables and mushrooms
Pots Turkey, rice, cabbage and mushrooms. A wonderful combination of Turkey and rice, cabbage and mushrooms. Hearty and healthy dish is especially tasty if it is cooked in a pot.

Ingredients

  • Turkey

    300 g

  • Cabbage

    150 g

  • Mushrooms

    100 g

  • Pepper

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Figure

    0.5 cup

  • Water

    500 ml

  • Vegetable oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Allspice

Cooking

Turkey breast fillet wash, cut into small cubes and fry in vegetable oil, adding chopped onion.

Cabbage finely chopped. Bulgarian pepper clear from the seeds and the stalk. Mushrooms (I have white homemade frozen) rinse well. Peppers and mushrooms cut into strips.

Vegetables and mushrooms, mix with meat and slightly put out.

In a ramekin to shift the meat with vegetables. Add the rice (I used a mixture of rice Mistral red, brown and wild Aquatica Color Mix), spices, chopped garlic.

Into each pot add water, tightly cover, place in oven and cook 20-25 minutes until rice is done. Cooking time may vary depending on the type of rice.
