Cooking
Ingredients. Put water for rice, add salt and cook grits according to instructions.
Ghee and olive oil to put on frying pan and heat. Chicken (not breast) season with a little salt and pepper. Fry on each side until Golden brown about 8-10 min.
While fried chicken, prepare the sauce. To do this, the parsley, the garlic finely chopped, add salt and pepper. If You are unable finely chopped, you can optionally crushed in a mortar. (Blender will not work). Add the oil and stir. All the sauce is ready. It should not be liquid.
After frying, pour the wine and stir, frying pan to obtain a homogeneous liquid. Add 2/3 of sauce, stir and, as soon as the aroma of garlic and parsley, immediately. The sauce should not change the color.
When we were preparing the chicken, we cook the rice. Immediately spread and serve. In a separate sauce-boat served the remains of the sauce "Persillade".
