Chicken
Very unusual dish, but very tasty. Being prepared is not very long, and the hitch can only happen with parsley, and winter.

Ingredients

Ingredients. Put water for rice, add salt and cook grits according to instructions.

While fried chicken, prepare the sauce. To do this, the parsley, the garlic finely chopped, add salt and pepper. If You are unable finely chopped, you can optionally crushed in a mortar. (Blender will not work). Add the oil and stir. All the sauce is ready. It should not be liquid.

After frying, pour the wine and stir, frying pan to obtain a homogeneous liquid. Add 2/3 of sauce, stir and, as soon as the aroma of garlic and parsley, immediately. The sauce should not change the color.
