Cold mushrooms on a bed of brown rice
Very interesting and unusual meatballs, which are prepared in the form of mushrooms, will delight with its appearance and taste.

Ingredients

  • Minced meat

    400 g

  • Mushrooms

    200 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Olive oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Allspice

    0.25 tsp

  • Figure

Cooking

In a saucepan pour water, add salt (1/2 tsp), put on fire and bring to a boil. A bag of rice put in boiling water and cook on low heat 35 minutes.

While cooking the rice will cook the meat mushrooms. To do this, first peel the onion, wash and cut cubes. Fry in olive oil until Golden.

Carrots peel, wash and grate on a fine grater.

Ground beef (I pre-twisted pork) salt (1/2 tsp) and pepper.

Add in minced mushrooms and fried onions.

A few mushrooms with large caps leave for decoration.

In a blender, chop the minced meat with mushrooms until smooth.

From the resulting mass to form a cone shape and put in the steamer.

For the formation of a cone shape I used to cut the neck from a small bottle, very convenient and fast :-)

The top cone forms to make a small indentation and put the deferred mushrooms with large caps. Turned out the meat mushrooms :-) Cook for a couple 25 minutes.
